Welcome to the Naperville Garden Club Website!
The Naperville Garden Club was founded in 1929, and has been part of the Naperville community for 87 years. Through the years, the Naperville Garden Club has continued its mission of promoting the love of flowers and gardening, and has expanded its programs to include floral design, conservation, scholarship programs, civic and environmental responsibility. Each December, the Cup of Cheer™ fundraiser is held that enables the Club to award scholarships and provide support for Club and community projects.
As members of the Garden Clubs of Illinois, Inc. and National Garden Clubs, Inc., the Club is participating in programs that address current national gardening issues. The “Milkweed for Monarchs” program promotes planting milkweed to bring back the Monarch butterflies which have decreased by 90% over the past 20 years. The “Million Pollinator Garden Challenge” promotes using pollinator-friendly plants, no pesticides and other gardening practices to increase the number of butterflies, bees and other pollinators in our gardens.
Join us at our monthly meetings and enjoy the fellowship and fun activities of the Club!
